Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! Because our press-on nails are personal beauty and hygiene items, we maintain a specific policy regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the hygiene and personal nature of beauty products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection made by the customer, or used sets. Please make sure to carefully check our Sizing Guide before placing your order to ensure the correct fit.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We inspect all items before dispatch. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect (e.g., wrong design sent by mistake), please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- To be eligible, you must send us a clear photo or unboxing video showing the issue along with your order number via WhatsApp or our Instagram DM.
- Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a store credit/refund.
3. Sizing Issues
Our press-on nail sets come with standard sizing guidelines. We are not responsible for incorrect measurements or size choices made at checkout. If a set does not fit due to an error on our part (sending the wrong size compared to what was ordered), we will gladly exchange or replace them.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled anytime before they are shipped out. Once an order has been handed over to the courier service, it can no longer be canceled.
5. Refunds (if applicable)
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and credited back to your original payment method or bank account within a few business days (or issued via store credit/direct bank transfer for local orders in Pakistan).

Shipping Policy
Thank you for supporting our brand! Here is everything you need to know about how your press-on nail orders are dispatched and delivered.
1. Processing & Dispatch Time
- Since our items are ready-to-ship, please allow 1 to 2 business days for your order to be processed, packed, and handed over to our courier partners.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
2. Domestic Shipping (Within Pakistan)
- We ship via reliable local courier services across Pakistan.
- Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes approximately 3 to 5 business days once dispatched.
- Shipping Charges: We offer a flat shipping rate of PKR 199 on all orders across Pakistan.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email so you can monitor your package's journey.
4. Delayed or Lost Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or incorrect address information provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate and complete when placing your order.
