Thank you for supporting our brand! Here is everything you need to know about how your press-on nail orders are dispatched and delivered.

1. Processing & Dispatch Time
* Since our items are ready-to-ship, please allow 1 to 2 business days for your order to be processed, packed, and handed over to our courier partners.
* Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Domestic Shipping (Within Pakistan)
* We ship via reliable local courier services across Pakistan.
Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes approximately 3 to 5 business days once dispatched. 
Shipping Charges:  We offer a flat shipping rate of PKR 199 on all orders across Pakistan

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email so you can monitor your package's journey.

4. Delayed or Lost Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or incorrect address information provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate and complete when placing your order.
